Iron Man - One of the strongest players on the team, Tony is one of five players that can do dumbbell workouts with 200 pounds (Larry Allen, Moran Norris, Isaac Sopoaga and Bryant Young are the others). In addition to football, Tony was also a weightlifter in high school, and owns the Nebraska state high school lifting records for deadlift (580 pounds), bench press (365 lbs.), and the overall mark of 1,400 pounds.

2009 (San Francisco):
 
•Saw action in 15 games.
 
•Stepped in at right guard in place of an injured G David Baas at GB (11/22).
 
 
2008 (San Francisco):
 
•Played in 16 games, starting first 10 contests at RG.
 
•Started at right guard vs. Arz. (9/7) and moved to center for one series in place of an injured Eric Heitmann.
 
•Part of an offensive line that did not allow a sack at Arz. (11/10), breaking a 31-game streak by the Cardinals defense with at least 1 sack.
 
 
2007 (San Francisco):
 
• Played in five games as a reserve offensive lineman. Dressed, but did not play in three contests and was inactive another eight games.
 
• Saw first action of season on offensive line late in game at Carolina (12-2) at right guard in place of G David Baas, who left with elbow injury.
 
 
2006 (San Francisco):
 
• Saw action in 14 games with four starts, starting two contests at left guard and two games at center.
 
• Took over at left guard at Arizona (9-10) when starting G Larry Allen left game due to a knee injury, and started next week vs. St. Louis (9-17). Part of an offensive line that received game balls from Head Coach Mike Nolan for not giving up a sack the entire game.
 
• Saw extensive action at left guard vs. Oakland (10-8) after starting LT Jonas Jennings left on game’s first series with a hand injury, and starting LG Adam Snyder moved over to left tackle.
 
• Made second start of season at left guard vs. San Diego (10-15) in place of Allen, who was inactive while recovering from a MCL sprain suffered against Arizona.
 
• Saw extensive playing time at center at Seattle (12-14) after C Eric Heitmann broke his tibia in first quarter. Blocking helped pave the way for 228 rushing yards as offensive line did not allow sack for fourth time during season.
 
• Started at center vs. Arizona (12-24) and at Denver (12-31) in place of Heitmann, who was placed on injured reserve.
 
 
2005 (San Francisco):
 
• Signed (11-29), but did not play in final five games of season vs. Arizona (12-4), at Seattle (12-11), at Jacksonville (12-18), at St. Louis (12-24) and vs. Houston (1-1-06).
 
• Allocated to NFL Europa (1-11-06) and played for Rhein Fire during spring.
 
 
2003 (Arizona):
 
• Attended training camp and was released (8-30) on final roster reductions, but was signed to practice squad (9-1). Placed on injured reserve/practice squad list with a knee injury (11-5).
 
 
2002 (Arizona):
 
• Signed as an undrafted rookie free agent and released (8-26) during preseason play, but was later re-signed to practice squad (10-30). Was attending class at New Mexico State in October when the Cardinals called him to return.
 
• Activated to 53-man roster (11-22). Played in three games with one start.
 
• Played in first NFL game against Detroit (12-8) on special teams, and finished rookie season with first NFL start at left guard at Denver (12-29).
 
 
COLLEGE:
 
• Three-year starter at right guard at New Mexico State. Started 34 consecutive games, earning All-Sun Belt Conference honors twice. Led offense that allowed 13 sacks as a senior (fewest Conference) and generated 4,324 yards of total offense (360.3 yards per game).
 
• Majored in kinesiology.
 
 
PERSONAL:
 
• Prep athlete at Bloomfield Community (Bloomfield, NE) High School, where he earned Class C-2 all-Nebraska honors as a junior and senior. Also a two-time All-Northeast Nebraska Athletic Conference selection and conference Player of the Year.
 
• Named Northeast Nebraska Player of the Year after each of his high school seasons.
 
• Born Tony Wragge (8-14-79) in Bloomfield, NE. Married to Nicole. Couple resides in Phoenix, AZ with daughter, Addison.
